Production

Your products are manufactured according to your specifications in one of our production labs. Production takes place under the highest standards, under the supervision of our specialists. All materials we use meet the requirements for biocompatibility.

Software

PLHW's software enables you to configure, model and order your products quickly and easily. With my PLHW you can follow all your orders from start to finish. Our 2D and 3D scanners are fully integrated into our online portal.

Once you have configured your product, you can use CloudCad to design the product entirely under your own control and at your own discretion. CloudCad is PLHW's in-house developed CadCam program for podiatry, podiatry and orthopedic shoe technology.

Hardware

PLHW's 2D scanners allow you to quickly visualise the feet of your patient. This scan is indispensable for the modelling of your products.

If you want to work in 3D, PLHW offers you the possibility to scan the feet in 3D with our 3D scanner. This is integrated into our system so you can save and store your scan directly with your order. You can use this scan as STL for modelling your product in CloudCad.

Increase your analytical capabilities with a pressure measurement system from RS scan / Materialise. The transport case makes it easy to take the pressure measurement system to your external locations.
